We are onboarding a small group of founding venues. Use the tools, tell us what works, and keep Unlimited features free while you qualify. This is early software, and we are honest about what that means.
The deal

Unlimited features, free
Every tool unlocked, with no monthly subscription, for as long as your venue keeps qualifying. This continues after we launch.
AI credits are separate
The free plan covers features, not AI generation. AI Booster credits are bought a la carte, so heavy AI use is the one thing you pay for.
You keep it by using it
There is no trial clock. Qualify each month and it renews. Stop qualifying and, after warnings, it moves to the Free plan.
What qualifying looks like
The bar is set so your activity is worth more to us than the plan we give you. Nothing here is busywork.
Every month, all of these
- Submit the short weekly feedback form each week.
- Build your CRM to about 1,000 contacts, with a healthy share opted in to marketing.
- Complete and publish your location profile.
- Accept bookings through the platform (this one activates once payments go live).
Plus a few of these
- Spend a little through AI Booster.
- Run an entertainment session with a room full of players.
- Collect a batch of unique QR scans.
- Grow your contacts and your opted-in audience.
- Reach your opted-in audience with a campaign.
- Use the AI Booster across several tools.
One real action can count toward several of these at once. Requirements scale gently, not doubling, when you run more than one location.
Read this before you apply
A beta is a real trade. Here is the honest side of it.
This is early software
Expect bugs, rough edges, and features that change or move without much notice.
Data may be lost
We work hard to protect your data and we offer export, but during beta we cannot guarantee against loss. Keep your own copies of anything critical.
Terms change often
The agreement and the qualification tasks change as we learn. We will tell you, but they will change.
Support is limited
We are a small team building fast. We answer, but not always quickly, and not around the clock.
No refunds during beta
The beta plan is free. If you choose to pay for a subscription during beta, it is still under the beta terms, and there are no refunds.
