- Every tool on the platform is free to use, with no plan to pick and no cap on brands or locations. Add as many as you operate.
- One charge, when you add credit
- The 3rdSpace Service Charge is 6% of the credit you add. $20 of credit costs $21.20, plus tax where it applies, and you get the full $20 to spend. The minimum is $20, in whole dollars.
- Usage at cost
- Once credit is in your balance, metered tools draw from it at what the provider charges us for each use, rounded up to a whole cent. Nothing else is added.
No platform fee on event tickets.
When ticketing opens, your guests pay the ticket price you set and nothing more, and 3rdSpace takes nothing from it.

Card processing fees are Stripe's, not ours.
When a customer pays by card for a ticket or a Bookings deposit (both coming soon), the payment runs on your own Stripe account, the one you open through 3rdSpace, and Stripe charges you its processing fee on each one. Those fees are Stripe's, they are separate from 3rdSpace, and we add nothing to them. On payments, our only charge is the 3rdSpace Service Charge: 6% on a Bookings deposit, paid by the customer on top, and none on tickets. Stripe works its fee out on the whole amount the customer pays, so on a deposit that includes the Service Charge.
As more volume runs through 3rdSpace, we will work to negotiate lower processing rates with Stripe for every host. That is a goal, not a promise.
Stripe's published US card rate

International cards, manually entered cards and currency conversion cost more. Stripe keeps its fee when a payment is refunded, and charges its own fee on a dispute. This is Stripe's rate, not 3rdSpace's. Stripe sets it and can change it.
