How AI Booster and fees work.
AI runs on third-party APIs, so credit carries a simple 5% fee, on the credit you buy and on the credit a tool uses. Core includes $1.75 a month, Pro $3.50, and Unlimited $70, and you can top up any time.
AI credit: a simple 5%
Every plan includes AI credit each month: Core $1.75, Pro $3.50, and Unlimited $70 (enough that most Unlimited hosts never buy more). Any additional credit you purchase carries a 5% fee, and a 5% fee also applies each time a tool uses credit, including SMS and email sends. You see a cost preview before every send.
No platform fee on event tickets
3rdSpace takes no platform or ticketing fee on ticket sales, only standard Stripe card processing applies. You choose whether to pass that processing fee to the guest at checkout or cover it yourself. Either way, no junk fees.
Reservation service fee
When guests prepay for a reservation, a small service fee (~3%) goes to the guest, not your bill.
